General Terms & Conditions
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the nagat88 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Each individual may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have provided false or misleading information. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
BKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals on nagat88. All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or BDT. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the platform's specified guidelines. If any transaction is identified as suspicious of money laundering or fraud, we will immediately suspend it and notify the relevant authorities. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24–72 hours to process, and additional documentation may be requested for identity verification if required.
Gaming Rules & Fair Use
All games on our platform are conducted fairly and transparently, and any attempt to manipulate outcomes through cheating or unauthorized software is strictly prohibited. Once a bet result is finalized, no requests for changes or cancellations will be accepted; however, management may reconsider in cases of technical errors. Prohibited Activities

Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users will result in permanent account termination. Any attempt to make false claims, initiate chargebacks, or commit payment fraud will compel us to take legal action. Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense.
Right to Amend Terms
Nagat88 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes, we will post a notice on the platform and indicate the date the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
